FSG Delivered Keynote Speech at GPSC Forum on Behalf of Chinese Overseas Security Companies

Frontier Services Group (FSG) was invited as the representative of Chinese overseas security enterprises to attend the Global Public Security Cooperation (GPSC) Forum on Nov 29th, 2022, and Mr. Wang Pengxu, a Vice President of FSG, delivered a keynote speech.

The Forum was established in 2015 in Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province, on the proposal of Chinese Ministry of Public Security. It aims to fight against trans-regional and transnational terrorism, cyber crimes, organized crimes, and new types of crimes through joint efforts of senior officials of governments and international organizations, law enforcement and police elites, business leaders, and think tank experts; and to promote law enforcement and security cooperation for global economic development. So far, the Forum has been successfully held for five sessions, attracting more than 300 foreign representatives from 62 countries and international organizations from five continents.

Online and offline, senior officials and elites from more than 40 countries and international organizations participated in this Forum, with the theme of "Cooperative Security for Common Prosperity”. Besides Mr. Wang Xiaohong, Secretary of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee and Minister of Public Security, other attendants include Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Member of the Political Bureau of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Public Security of the Lao People’s Republic, Hungarian Interior Minister, Egyptian Interior Minister, Russian Deputy Interior Minister, former Pakistan national security adviser, former president of Thai National Assembly, Inspector General of the Cambodian Police; Commissioner of the Nigerian Police, President of Interpol; Governor of Jiangsu Province and other senior officials from the Ministry of Public Security.


As the only security enterprise invited to the Forum to deliver a keynote speech, FSG introduced its overseas security efforts in the themed speech "Professionalism, Amity, and Efficiency.” Leveraging advantages of “Internationalization, Specialization, Commercialization, and Localization,” FSG’s endeavor and experience in the security operations of the China-Laos Railway, as well as the United Nations’ emergency rescue and cross-country transport of patients during the COVID-19 pandemic in Africa with the support of its subsidiary Phoenix Aviation, won high appraisal of the audience.
