On October 27th, 2022, Phoenix Aviation Limited (PAL), a subsidiary of Frontier Services Group (FSG), signed an agreement on overseas aeromedical rescue cooperation with the Beijing Branch of China Pacific Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Limited (CPIC) during the 2nd International Engineering Risk Management Forum held by the China International Contractors Association (CHINCA). The signing ceremony was witnessed on site by nearly 100 representatives from SASAC, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Security, and 70 other enterprises.
To meet the growing demand of Chinese enterprises to safeguard their overseas employees, this agreement is a concrete embodiment of the cooperation between PAL and CPIC to jointly improve rescue services under the insurance product "Overseas Carefree". The partnership will significantly enhance cross-border emergency rescue capacity and provide a stronger guarantee for the safety of overseas employees.

"Overseas Carefree" is an exclusive product of accident insurance for personnel in overseas investment and cooperation industries, which was jointly developed by CPIC and CHINCA and has been applied in member enterprises for many years. The insurance covers four risk categories, including accident/illness, death disability, medical treatment, emergency rescue, and kidnapped ransom, which can prevent enterprises from property losses caused by natural hazards or accidents during operation and other possible subsequences such as production disruption, and profit reduction. So far, a total of 250,000 person-times have been insured, as well as more than 300 enterprises and more than 200 overseas projects.
