FSG Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement with XCMG

On 14th May, 2020, the signing ceremony of Strategic Cooperation Agreement (“the Agreement”) between Frontier Services Group (“FSG”) and XCMG Construction Machinery Co.(“XCMG”) was held in witness by Dr. Hua Dongyi, CEO of FSG and Mr. Wang Min, Chairman of XCMG.
As a leading enterprise in China's construction machinery industry, XCMG has established an industry-wide R&D and production chain and built up a global marketing network, ranking among the forefront of the world's construction machinery industry. FSG is committed to developing an entire industry chain of overseas security, logistics, insurance and infrastructure. There is a high degree of strategy and business fit between FSG and XCMG. The signing of the Agreement between FSG and XCMG marks that both parties will start closer cooperation in overseas construction fields along the “Belt and Road”, sharing resources, complementing each other's advantages and achieving mutual benefit and win-win results.
