Job purpose:
The HR Generalist/Manager is responsible for assisting the Global Head of HR in handling recruitment and training work across all regions/functions within the Group and coordinate with Regional HRM to handle full spectrum of HR work across the offices in Middle East and East Africa region. The key focus of the role will be 1) executing recruitment strategy and get talents from junior to senior level, in particular for safety and security division; 2) coordinating and managing the group training programs to make sure staff are equipped with most updated knowledge and skill, in particular for safety and security division. 3) coordinating with regional HR manager in Middle East and East Africa region for full-function HR management.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure full compliance under employment law regulations and requirements for HK listed company;
2. Oversee resourcing and talent requirements up to senior officer level, in particular for safety and security division;
3.Organize and take part in recruitment projects such as army recruitment, campus recruitment, employer branding activities, etc.
4. Working closely with safety and security team in Dubai and Beijing training base, to coordinate and implement training programs
5.Make recruiting/training data analysis and report; Contribute actively to improving the recruitment and training process routines;
6. Assist in HR budgeting, prepare HR reports and summary, and handle HR audit;
7. Assist in formulating, implementing and reviewing HR policies, procedures and guidelines;
8. Co-ordinate HR related matters with the HR representatives in other regions and group subsidiaries, in particular, Middle East and East Africa region;
9. Assist in ad hoc assigned projects.
Experience:
1. 5 years solid HR generalist experience within multinational organization or PRC state owned group;
2. Experience in new office set up is a plus;
3. Experience in International Safety and Security Industry is a plus;
4. HR Experience in overseas or coordinating with overseas HR team.
Qualifications:
Academic:
1. Degree holder in HR/ Business Administration or related disciplines;
2. Overseas degree is a plus.
Professional:
1. Excellent verbal and written command of Chinese and English;
2. Strong HR generalist knowledge and experience, in particular in recruitment and training;
3. Well-versed in employment law regulations and HR policies;
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong working rapport with a diversified group of business parties;
5. Highly self-motivated with resilience, can work under great pressure;
6. Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
7. Overtime and travel is required occasionally.
